Before you book.
Does my business need to be approved?
Yes. Every business is reviewed and approved before its accounts open, usually within 24 hours. We'll need your legal business name, your EIN and the owner's driver's license, and there's no credit check. A short call is part of onboarding.
How long does it take to get set up?
Approval usually takes about 24 hours, and that's the only wait. Once you're approved, you can create project accounts and fund a project the same day, and our team sets up your accounts with you.
Is my money safe?
Project accounts are FDIC-insured accounts held with our banking partner. Asset Card is not a bank. Asset Card Visa® Commercial cards are powered by Stripe and issued by Celtic Bank, Member FDIC.
How do you keep my account secure?
Two-factor authentication and passkeys with Face ID or Touch ID. Every card has spending limits and merchant categories you can block, bigger payments need two sign-offs, and you can freeze a card in seconds.
Is there a minimum balance? Can I pause a project?
There's no minimum balance on any project account. You can withdraw funds or pause a project at any time.
Do I have to give up QuickBooks?
No. Asset Card syncs with QuickBooks both ways, job by job, so your books stay where your accountant expects them.
What does it cost?
Pay as you go at $50 per project, per month, with every feature included. Bulk rates bring it to $40 per project from 6 to 10 projects, and above 10 we price by volume.
