My father Manfred Nemeczek emigrated to Canada from Germany in 1967 with his father Nik Nemeczek Senior (my grandfather). Nik Senior started work in Canada as a sub contractor building houses in sub divisions in Mississauga, Ontario. Fast forward 15 years later to 1982 and that's when my father (Manfred Nemeczek) founded Davisville Contractors. His father Nik Sr. and his brother Peter joined the company from day one. Since the beginning, there has always been a focus on quality workmanship and ensuring that we deliver the best finishes that we possibly can. Constructing everything from custom builds and renovations to condo retrofits, we have been able to leave our mark in the GTA. Now, 40 years later I am proud to be a third generation builder.
